I had downloaded the background from Etsy with the plan of making something for the Scrapbooking/or digital art boards. After spending considerable time and getting nowhere I decided to make it work for this challenge. Changed the girl's dress color to match the background, duplicated, and found a quote that would make it come together.  |

- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Stale Blue). - Applied a texture from Lost and Taken (Watercolor, Multiply blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Frame done with a layer style by Jodi Frye.  |

I like the wooden walkway, Tony. It's just the thing that one little girl ....or 5 might joyfully run down.....I almost missed the two little ones.

While looking for an image for the CE Challenge, I came across this door and wondered if I could make it look like the girl was entering the room....added the Christmas tree to make it look like that's what she was hurrying to see. Images from StockSolo.  |
