In short, to enable re-editing the RAW photos you have to open them a "linked smart objects".

If you use the E+ "RAW Corrections" tool, please, do it as follows:
1). At the dialog bottom, check the "Open as Smart Object" gadget and click OK:
The opened linked object looks like this:
2) Save the edited image as a PSD file (without merging).
If you need to re-edit the RAW photo later on:
- Open the saved PSD file.
- In the Layers panel, select the linked smart object.
- Call the E+ "RAW Corrections" tool.
Important:In case after editing the source RAW photo, the PSD file doesn't update automatically:
- select the linked smart object,
- open the E+ "Layers" dialog,
- and run the "Update Modified Content" command:

If you only use the native Camera RAW plugin (and not the E+ "RAW Corrections" tool):
1) Open any image except for the required RAW photo.
2) Call the E+ "Layers" dialog
and run the "Open as Linked Object" command:
3) Browse to the required RAW photo and click OK.
The opened smart object should look like this:
4) After editing save the image as a PSD file (without merging).
To re-edit the RAW photo later on:
- Open the saved PSD file.
- In the Layers panel, select the linked smart object.
- Open the E+ "Layers" dialog.
- Run "Edit Smart Object Command":
Important:In case after editing the source RAW photo, the PSD file doesn't update automatically:

- open the E+ "Layers" dialog,
- and run the "Update Modified Content" command:
