I just bought an item from her and cannot unzip it. I get messages saying it's got invaild characters etc. I have sent her an email requesting a refund. Any idea what the problem may be??

Judy, when you make the purchase, she tells you that you need to wait until the file has completely downloaded before clicking on it. Maybe it was an an incomplete download. Can you download it again? Which one did you purchase? Maybe I can help. |

Paint Studio - and yes I did wait. They were all complete but she ended up sending them via drop box. Thanks!
