ProBoards Support is aware of our continuing problem with images missing from the Latest Gallery Posts. We seem to be having a problem daily. Unfortunately, they have not determined the cause of this issue. Being this is a holiday weekend it may take awhile before it is addressed again. You may continue to add images to your gallery, just know that they may not show up in the search until they can reindex our forum.......probably on Tuesday.

This problem continues. Our support board usually addresses it quickly. Unfortunately, they have yet to identify the cause of the issue.

It is disappointing that they haven't found the root cause, but not surprising either. It "smells" like a race-condition; a piece of software works correctly nearly all the time, but an obscure bug causes the database to become unsynchronized when a rare set of circumstances occur. They can be *very* hard to track down.

Being it's the weekend not sure when Support will address our latest gallery search but be assured they will! dandc and cjt .....we realize your latest images aren't showing. |
