Great picture - A boat on the River Mersey in Liverpool if I'm not mistaken as I spy two Liver birds on top of the buildings on the left.

When I tried it last it opened up a second thread attached to this one. Ron Worked this time but not before. ?? Maybe you were quoting someone who was also quoting someone so you got a quote within a quote as it were? When that happens I go to BBBode & delete the bits I don't want. That's what I did here. Ron,
Have you worked out your 'Quoting a previous reply within a thread' problem yet?
You just click on the little Quote button at top right of thread you want to quote.

Why didn't I get an email about this update? Where can I go to find out about it?

Bayla, I VERY much appreciate such attention to detail and that you took the time to point it out. I will fix it ASAP! And I very much appreciate the speed with which you acted! (how I miss my little blue winking smiley from EV) Bayla

Thanks to Tom we now have a "New Posts" link at the top of the site. I don't know what timeframe it uses. That's great! Thanks Tom. From what I can see the newest posts seem to be at the top, but you can tell which ones are new to you cos the are flagged with a 'New' marker. Can I be a bit pedantic though? I think the letter p should be an upper case one in the word Posts. Bayla

Was doing some digital housekeeping on my computer and came across this LO that I made about four years ago of one of my granddaughters! I'd completely forgotten about it and haven't even shown her parents. I can't even remember what papers etc I used - usually I'm careful to add details under File Info but I must have forgotten. I think though I did it as one of Jessica Sprague's challenges. Hope you like it: Bayla

Actually I think it might work....I bookmarked a thread on March 28th and I just got a notification in Bookmarks that someone had posted in the thread. Bayla

Storm,
You can change the font size if you want, by clicking on Font Size:
You can also change the font in the box next to it.If you need to see what other people have typed more clearly then the best thing to do is hold down the Ctrl key and scroll with your mouse.

Just trying out another one: Apart from the fact that I'm finding postimage.org a bit unpredictable at the moment, it worked. Bayla

Is it just me? I click on upload via postimage.org and nothing happens about nine times out of ten. Then the tenth time it works!

All I get is a URL. How do I show a picture? Click on the bbcode then copy & paste. You should then get a clickable image. Bayla

You have to click the BBCode instead of the link to get the code you need. I also delete bits of the url once I've pasted it into my post so I'm just left with a clickable thumbnail and nothing else.
