I didn't get the same looking page as the second one though it did say Thank you . Hmm, that is very odd. Perhaps contact Adobe?

arabma.......sorry I misunderstood. I thought your main problem was getting your FB cover photo. Since PE 13 is not working for you as expected, I think Simone has given you good advice about contacting Adobe.
I am wondering do you already have a FB page, or are you creating one for the first time? It does seem confusing at first but if you want some help with just getting your page up and running, I think we can help you do that without using PE 13.
Just reread your original post. I am wondering if your problem is because you are using a trial version?

I am wondering if your problem is because you are using a trial version? Helen, that's what I thought; maybe the trail version does not allow you do go through the whole process. I have tried to confirm that, but have been unable to find anything conclusive out there on the web. So I think contacting Adobe to find out is still the best bet.

Hi arabma,
I am trying to put together what has happened so far.
Like Helen and Simone, I am also thinking that uploading to Facebook from within Elements may not be available in the trial version. However, I don't remember any case in which Adobe put restrictions on this version. Therefore, I am going out on a limb here and focusing on the variable I mentioned earlier in this thread. I could be wrong (and if I am someone, please, correct me) but I am leaning towards the Adobe Partner Services needing resetting or refreshing. The fact that the uploading stops at a given point seems to suggest it. Did you give these SUGGESTIONS a chance?
Here is another possibility. Is this by any chance the error message you are getting? -- "Service has encountered an error, kindly try again." If the answer is Yes, please check this thread in the Adobe Photoshop Elements forum. You may want to try their suggestions.

I was intrigued by the possibility that uploading to Facebook may not be available in the trial version of Elements. This is what Adobe has to say about it.

1. Right-click on the desktop shortcut. 2. Select "Run as administrator". 3. Close Elements. 4. Launch Elements but this time do it as a standard user. Just click on the shortcut.

I have no idea what this means, but all modern Windows users have a roaming folder. Look in C:\users\{your name}\appdata. (You will have to set your folder options to show hidden files, if you haven't done so already.)

Thanks Major Major for the reminder to turn folder options to show hidden files. I recently loaded a new operating system. So, with your reminder I checked and found that this option was off.

Vladimir -
You're very welcome. Personally, I don't know why this is even an option. Just Micro$oft dumbing things down even more for the user.

I believe Microsoft's decision to hide some files is a preventive one. These files are critical to the "health" of your computer. If they get moved or deleted, you could end up with a crippled or a useless computer. So, by default, they are invisible to all (including clueless or mischievous people).

Yes, that's my understanding of the need for hidden folders. Having to 'unhide' them means the less-knowledgable user wouldn't know they were there and less likelihood of them being deleted or moved. Those that do understand 'hidden' folders, are hopefully appreciating they are necessary folders and not to be messed with Julie
