Hi everyone!
Just downloaded PSE13 TRIAL and tried to make a Facebook cover but it will not upload am I missing something?

Could you provide us with the steps you are taking to upload the Facebook cover, so that we can follow along and see where the problem may be?

I get the page all done then I save at
the bottom of page then upload, it says it will upload to Photoshop folder on FB it goes almost to the end then error! Tried multiple times always the same!

What kind of error message are you getting? This may help figure out what the problem is.

It might be easier to just save it to your desktop and then load from FB. The suggested size is 851x315 px.

Just say ERROR please try again. It gets to 86% every time!
I don't know how to upload it any other way to Facebook because your page is not customiseable without PSE

Without knowing what the error is all about it is going to be difficult to do any troubleshooting. Usually, when uploading from Elements to Facebook, one of these problems may occur: Giving permission to Elements to upload your photos to Facebook; the settings for your Facebook profile; and/or a problem with Elements' Adobe Partner Services feature.

I am going to take a very long shot in the dark. Let's assume the problem is with Adobe Partner Services.
1. In the Organizer, go to Edit>Preferences>Adobe Partner Services> . . . and click on the "Reset Accounts" and "Clear Online Service Data" buttons.
2. Click OK.
3. Close Elements.
4. Re-open Elements and see if the uploading goes through this time.
Also, go to Help>Updates and make sure there are no updates pending. You should be running Elements 13.1.

Elements will guide you as to the permission issue. Once the uploading is completed, you should see a video on how to set your Facebook profile and Cover Photo.

I think you might be making this harder than it needs to be. Would you consider just saving your picture for web......resized to 851x315 px. to your desktop? Then in FB just click the little camera in the banner to upload your picture.  |

So, I had a quick play with this feature in PSE 13. I chose a template, opened a photo, which automatically got placed into the template. I then hit the "Upload" button on the bottom and I then get the following:  After I press the authorize button a window opens straight into my Facebook account, asking for access authorization:  Now, I didn't carry on past this step, but once you press the Accept button it should automatically load it for you. |

Helen it's not about getting the page only it is that my program is not working properly! and it's not just a picture it is a cover page and don't think you can change it without PSE program!
stockington I get that far but it will not upload! I didn't get the same looking page as the second one though it did say Thank you .
