It’s that time again when you have the freedom to choose for yourself from any of our previous Creative Effect Challenges here on the forum to try again or perhaps to try one you didn’t get around to the first time around. There are lots of great tutorials in our collection and the complete list from which to choose can be found Here
The participation of our members is what makes this forum a great place to be so if you haven’t done so before please consider doing so now. It’s fun and a great way to learn. Enjoy, have fun and post your results in this thread. Thanks.

My choice is Luminosity Mask. I used this to brighten the flower and subdue the background on this painting hanging in a hospital waiting room.

Beautiful Peterj. That would certainly brighten up any hospital waiting room.

Image from Pixabay. For the most part I followed the tutorial but I used the blend mode soft light instead of darken as I felt for this particular image it provided a better result.

It certainly saturates the colours and draws the eye to the central subject of the image and it provides a sort of vignette effect too. Well done and thanks for participating in the challenge too Andy.

I tried CE Challenge 140 (applying multiple filters) by Lillias, using her 3 filter choices, adding screen blend and a Deezy frame 01.

Jim I always find it interesting to see what a combination of filters will produce. I like the way this one has turned out.

Used CE Challenge 66 - Image Stacking.Selected the center element and processed separately to add atop the stacked image. Added a vignette to the finished stack. This was a very popular CE. It is fun to look back at all the submissions to this thread. Thanks for the action, fotofrank .
