Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo this week that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. This challenge is all about getting you out there (or inside) with your camera and shooting something you perhaps wouldn't normally photograph. Have some fun experimenting!
The rules are simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping.
NOTE:
You have a lot of leeway here. There are many sources of reflections out there -- water, glass, windows, plastic, etc. Just grab your camera and let it find some reflections. Happy reflection hunting!

This reflection caught my eye this morning during preparations for breakfast. Brenda can't start the day without a "cuppa"!

A duck and her reflection. Frank, great capture! Reflection in motion. I love the details on the duck's feathers. Well done!

Dennis, I am so glad to see you back participating in this challenge. Happy New Year!
I love the way you captured this reflection. Beautiful composition! The diagonal lines (counter top) just help draw our eyes into the reflection. Hang this image on your kitchen wall!
As a side note -- Just like Brenda . . . I can't start my day without a "cuppa" either (Brazilian coffee, strong, no sugar, with hot milk).

Train bridge over the icy Mississippi River. Bob,
Great B&W capture of reflections! One can just feel the coldness of the ice. The leading lines created by the bridge are a bonus in your composition. Well done!

Tony, a very original interpretation of Reflections! I love it. It is an amazing minimalist and B&W image. Well done!

Puddle reflection.....not the best but will keep my eye out for some more this week. Helen, I like it. Speaking for myself, I find that puddle reflections are hard to capture (more so when using an iPhone). You did a great job.

A timely challenge. Here's one from today.
Angela, first of all, I don't remember you participating in this challenge before. So, welcome aboard!
This is an intriguing image. It looks like nature stood still (not a slight breeze) to produce this reflection. Perfect!
Pardon my ignorance (and my curiosity). What is that straight line going across the image behind the tree? For some reason it brings to mind a levee, like the ones along the Mississippi river (some of which are now being used as bike trails).

Continuing on my puddle pursuit! Helen, glad you and your iPhone found more puddles. I like how you captured these reflections in B&W. Your pursuit paid off!
