This forum is about us helping each other, answering questions, making suggestions, etc.; it is not about doing the work for each other. Suggestions are made which are tailored to the member's request; it is up to him/her to do the work.
Rule 10 - Solicitation of editing services
The forum is here to help people who own a copy of, and work in, Photoshop Elements or related photo editing software; or are interested in learning about it. We do not offer services to create works for people, as that is just not what this forum is for. If a forum member here would like to help you, that's great, but we would request that this is done privately outside of this forum. Alternatively, there are lots of sites out there offering such services .

I understand but look at it from my point. You showed me screen shot of which i tried to follow. I supplied screen shot of what i had done and you asked me a question of which i then start to explain.
I will just leave it as i cant do this.
Bye & thanks

ipbr21054 I believe if you were to follow Helen's suggestions you should be able to create what you are looking for. One of the key things of this forum is that we try to help everyone, and as always with PSE there is more than one way to achieve the desired effect. You don't mention if you have actually tried Helen's approach. As your project is clearly for your business, you must understand that we cannot do the work for you, as that is just not the remit of this forum. As our rules point out, any commercial work (which this can be classed as) should be done by paid professionals, if the individual is not able to achieve the desired result themselves. Our members have provided a number of possible solutions to your problem and I would suggest you give them all a try to see which works best for what you have envisioned.

I did try Helens option and supplied a screen shot. I also mentioned that i did not see the large black rectangle that i see in the project bin but not on the right where the layers are shown. Because of this when i try to drag the image over there rectangle isnt shown. If i double click on the black rectangle then the images are not there to drag over.
I thought by that advice you could then see where i went wrong.

ipbr21054 I think you may have come up with the easiest solution. Why not just use the free collage maker that you linked to? I took a screen shot of each of your items. Then I just added them to the collage maker. Step 1 Add pictures from your computer
Step 2 Choose your layout Step 3. Adjust your spacing and choose the color for your background. Step 4 Drag your pictures on to the background. You can then save your collage or take a screen shot of it.

I created a new file 3688 x 3688 Coloured it Black. Imported a screen shot of the photos. Used Rectangle M Tool. Photo & 4 other items are just blank transparent board with no photos. Also i dont even see my background 3688 x 3688 in this work space but on its own Here is a screen shot.
OK! Let's go over this one step at a time.
When you open multiple files in Elements, by default only ONE file will be displayed in the workspace. This file will have a blue outline around it in the Project Bin showing that it is the active file. In your screen shot the 4-photo file is the one which has the blue outline around the thumbnail in the Project Bin, i.e., the one which is active. This explains why this file is being displayed in the workspace. If you want to have the black-colored file displayed in the workspace, you need to tell Elements to do it by clicking on its thumbnail in the Project Bin. Then, Elements will display it in the workspace and will place a blue outline around its thumbnail in the Project Bin.
If you want to have both files displayed in the workspace, go to the Window menu on the top menu bar and select Images>Tile.
To place your 4-photo file onto the black-colored file, . . .
1. Delete those two blank layers in your 4-photo file. 2. Now do Copy/Paste or use the Move tool to drag the 4-photo file onto the black-colored file.
