But there is no search results for Adobe DNG Put searching aside for a moment. Please try this. Click on Start>Computer>OS(C:). What do you see? Can you post a screen shot?

I see you have 32-Bit Windows 7; still, that .exe file should be in Program Files > Adobe >
Run the installer again - Except - highlight the downloaded file in Explorer - in the menu bar above click "Open" The installer should come up; it may first ask you for permission. Once you see the installer wizard, see if there is a "Custom" install option and choose that. When it first begins, you should see something like "is going to install DNG Converter in this folder" (wording may not be exactly what you see) Make note of this entire address or path or whatever you want to call it. You may not be able to see the entire path; sometimes you can mouse over and it will become visible; if not, write down what you do see, then click the path to make a cursor and use the right arrow key to advance to the hidden portion.
Once you have this address/path written down, cancel the install as you have already installed it before.
In Explorer, enter this path in the address bar and it should show up.

Not sure about the bit you say Run the installer again....... I see that in the screenshot its output folder is Programedata folder The output folder Program Data is where all the various camera profiles are stored for use when using Adobe Camera Raw. Unless something weird is happening, and I see no reason for it to, that DNG Converter file should be in C: > Program Files > Adobe There will not be a specific DNG Converter folder; it will just be in the main folder.

Ok This might help you.
I searched my c drive for items installed today. I didnt find Adobe but i did find one which was a plug in called Camera Raw 8bi,its icon looks like a piece of lego. This is now on my desktop. When i double click on it i get Elements open up.

This is an excerpt of your C: screenshot from above: Open the Program Files folder (Red Arrow) and you should see an Adobe folder. Open that Adobe folder and the DNG Converter .exe file should be there.

Thanks for the help but i know my way around the pc quite well & no matter what i do or where i look its not there. Look at the post before where you wrote "I was adding to my post while you were posting >>> take a look at my post on Page 1" as this is a screen shot of whats in the Adobe folder you mention. As you will see it isnt there.
I must have now installed this file at least 10 times,i get no error message on that it was installed successfully. Thing is that it just isnt there. Also doing a search which should find it actually finds nothing.
