Is there a way when I type in my text that I can tell Elements WHERE in the photo to put the text so all photos will be uniform in location Yes, there is. I didn't read all the answers, so forgive me if someone has already said this. Do your typing on one photo and get it like you want it and where you want it; then, with all of the photos showing on the screen in "Tile" fashion, hold the Shift key and drag/drop the text layer onto each photo; doing thus, the text will be in the exact same location on all photos --- PROVIDING all the photos are the same size. If you then need different wording on some of the photos, double-click the text layer thumbnail and edit the text = it will remain in the same location except with the new information. I hope this helps.
