So jackscrap .....you are using to cards to practice sketching? Interesting layout of the turbines.....is the spacing between them significant? Beautiful shade of pink cjt!

Interesting layout of the turbines.....is the spacing between them significant? This photo is deceiving as they are quite separated.

Today I'll go with the birds as the wren box has been active the last couple of weeks and today I got the first pic of one of the babies in the box - no idea how many there are but mother and father have been making frequent trips with food supplies and the baby wrens are getting noisy so likely getting ready to leave. Here's one of parents delivering food: And a baby wren wanting more! Tony

Well we eventually got some puffy white clouds today but they were never reflected in the water and didn't hang around for sunset. The big problem with shooting the sky is that it doesn't hide my many sensor dust spots....that I still haven't had cleaned. So here are a couple of cloud shots.

Lettuce with odd colors and interesting shape growing in our garden. Replaced lousy background with Ivory Sweet to eliminate it.

A black-eyed susan growing in the garden - a wild flower that appeals to my sense of symmetry! Tony

Our clubhouse has an arts and crafts activity regularly; today's was making marbled coasters using a glazed tile, ink, and rubbing alcohol. These events are fun for all - some of the fun is encouraged by the wine served.
This is a composite of the activities director explaining and one of the almost finished coasters.
