Thanks for the very kind comments.
Duplicated the Background Selected the face and neck of the Cello Copied and Placed on its own Layer CMD(Ctrl)+click on the Cello cutout layer to select it added a new layer underneath the cello cutout filled with black and masked out the neck Moved the Cello cutout layer to make it look liked it opened used the patch tool to remove the neck on the duplicated layer added a bevel on the black layer to give the impression of depth Added the notes under the Cello face layer and applied a gradient map adjustment layer, bevel and drop shadow to the notes.
Normally after I do these, I save a JPG for the web and post. At this point It is deleted, as this is not my image I never save it.

- Created the background with a texture by Anthony Morganti (Art Paper). - Took the file into Topaz Studio (Expressionism). - Musical notes images from Pixabay.

I rather like this one Sepiana , the background and texture really give it depth.

Not feeling very imaginative so when in doubt as to what to do I try spiralysing (with Photospiralysis) - after playing around with that I then took it into Topaz Studio 2 and used a Dream Time filter and finished up with a Filter Forge Photo Frame. The lazy man's way of trying to be creative Tony

A simple duplication of a selection, used the stretched pixels idea for the circle, and the manuscript of the first cello suite by Bach, copied by Anna Magdalena Bach, for the background.

What a fun and creative challenge this is turning out to be, Tom. What does music look like?
