After seeing this image posted by BuckSkin, I wondered how it would be best described. The first thing that entered my mind was environmental, then I wondered if it was an example of photojournalism. Still unsure I decided to try to find some answers and came across this article that I thought was interesting.

I love the example of Creative Photography. So simple yet so beautiful with the Japanese girl against that large circular shaped background. So many different types of photography - who would have guessed! Quite amazing, thanks for sharing Helen.

What an interesting site, Helen. As Lillias said - amazing. Strangely enough, I really enjoy industrial scenes. Well, they do say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just a shame it doesn't transfer to my photographs.

Thanks Helen. BuckSkin 's corn chopper photo indeed tells a story ... as does the title, "How much do ya reckon this is 'a gonna cost " Totally get the photo and caption. The article is good and makes you think, although there certainly is some overlap. I scrolled through all of the categories and have done all but 2 or 3. (Having owned my own cameras for [what?] 62 years tends to cover a lot of bases. ) Clive

Very interesting article Helen, thanks for searching it up sharing. I didn't see a category for the 'lazy' photographer, that's me.
