Enjoyed doing this... In Smart Photo Editor I applied the ‘Old black and white illustration’ effect by Vivienne Li. Back in PSE I added a HSL layer creating a blue hue.  |

- Applied Artistic Effects in PSE (Modern). - Applied a texture by Clive Sax (Golden, Darken blending mode, 75% Opacity). - Took the file into Topaz Studio (Impression – Cave Dweller).  |

Something of a twofer as I used a Kaleidoscope action from Creative Effects Challenge No.45 (It doesn't look like it's still available for download) so fits the latest Creative Effects Challenge No 191 - I also used the cloth under the cookies as the background pattern.  Tony |

- Ran my Old-Fashioned Hand-Tinting action. - Applied a texture by Clive Sax (Winter, Multiply blending mode, 25% Opacity). - Created the border effect with Filter Forge (Smoke Frame).  |

I decided to create a watercolor version for this challenge. Used the Premio Watercolor Action I bought a while ago. I never leave it the way it turns out, so I did a lot of editing after using the action and am pleased with the result (more so than I was with the action's original result).  |
