The last of the wren kids finally left home last weekend (took a lot of encouragement from the parents). Now the male is busy preparing a new nest for his next mate or maybe the same one... Tony

As Elsa was passing through here this morning I wondered what I might submit for today. Then this caught my eye and decided to play with the phone macro again.

No Elsa here but we did have a welcome cold front pass through lowering the temperature, dropping the humidity and producing some lovely cumulus clouds for adding to my sky replacement collection .. Tony

Beautiful clouds.....I was just noticing we had some nice ones as well now. May have to take a couple myself. AND you have no sensor dust!

And I’ve never cleaned it - just lucky I guess as I do change lenses regularly. Had more problems with my Nikon than with my Fuji but that may be DSLR vs mirrorless as I believe the design of mirrorless makes them less prone to dust. Tony

I believe the design of mirrorless makes them less prone to dust. I agree. I clean mine every few days with an bulb air blower. The sensor does get a few bunnies on it but never had to swab it in 3½ years. hmca Pray tell, what did you photograph? Did I miss something?

Pray tell, what did you photograph? Did I miss something? It is a banana with the peel. A little flashlight was placed on the table to add the light.

Glad you could join in , Margaret. Your friend has quite the green thumb. Looks like the pigeons have found a new gathering place.

Went to Deep Cut Gardens today. I have been there many times but have never seen so much in bloom, and not dried out, in the garden with the fence around it. For my second picture I was once again thinking of Tony's quest for symmetry.

Was on duty at a local historic village open-house today so tried for a picture at the one-room schoolhouse. Lighting is always tricky there but this was one of the better days Tony
