Tony gets another mention today...copying his bird nest photo.  Top photo is a tree swallow adult protesting me being near its nest. Below is a sharptail grouse. Both at the summer place, July 10.   |

Yesterday I didn't have a zoom lens at the Gardens.....I went back today to take some close-ups of the flowers.  When I got home my husband had made this for when the family comes for dinner later......  |

Passing by a local park that is recovering from the emerald ash borer destroying most of the trees - the pollinator planting is looking good and got a new sign ...  Tony |

Another bird. Not taken many photos lately so grab the occasional shot when out and about. Killdeer. Taken in the Village of Cowley, July 11. I had to haul water today for the summer place. The village has a standpipe ... $2 for about 900 liters. There is a pile of gravel 100 ft from the standpipe and this killdeer was on top.  |
