Thanks for the notification.
I am using version 7.6 and they removed a feature from it that I really miss a lot = Show Tagged Files Only.
I use Show Tagged Files Only dozens of times a day and the lack of it has almost made me revert back to the earlier version.
Maybe/hopefully he has reinstated it in this new version.
Another feature I wish he would add is the ability to batch-write embedded comments.
FastStone can write embedded comments on a one-at-a-time basis; I have to jump over to XnViewMP to batch-write my embedded comments and then back to FastStone to continue.
I love FastStone; it is the backbone of my photo handling, viewing, and organizing.

BuckSkin,
You are very welcome for the notification!
I do hope they did re-instate the Show Tagged Files for you again. I do remember you are a huge fan of FastStone.

BuckSkin, I am curious did FastStone fix the problem you had with Show Tagged Files Only or not? I hope they did, but would not surprise me if they left it the same as it was in 7.6.

I haven't taken time to get it installed.
If you have it already installed, go to top-left corner where it says "Tag" --- click that and see if one of the options in the drop-down menu is "Show Tagged Files Only"

This is what I did see: Enable File Tagging Tag / Untag Untag All Select Tagged Files Only Select Untagged Files Only Tag Filter ----> All Show Tagged Show Untagged Is the "Select Tagged Files Only" what you need / want???

Tag Filter ----> All Show Tagged Show Untagged
Thanks for checking that out.
It appears that he has added a new-and-improved version of "Show Tagged Files Only"
If I understand what I am seeing, we should now have the option of showing Tagged Only or Untagged Only; if that be the case, then it will be even handier than before.

Is it possible to find the EXIF data of pictures within FastStone? I am talking about shutter speed, fstop number, ISO, focal length and much more? I get this on another program I use: I do not know why Photoshop Elements 19.0 shows on this Exif Data as I have PSE 2021 and no other Elements program on my computer.

I do not know why Photoshop Elements 19.0 shows on this Exif Data as I have PSE 2021 and no other Elements program on my computer. Charles, This can be quite confusing. Adobe stopped using sequential numbers when naming versions of Elements. The last version to follow this pattern was Photoshop Elements 15. Now they are using sequential years. Ex.: PSE 2018, PSE 2019, etc. This means that under the hood, . . .PSE 2018 = version 16.0 PSE 2019 = version 17.0 PSE 2020 = version 18.0 PSE 2021 = version 19.0

There are several ways to access and view the data.
To see a window similar to that you posted, in the line of options at upper-left, click View; from that drop-down menu, click Image Properties.
You should then see a window that has three tabs, EXIF, Histogram, and jpeg Comment.
A really neat trick in the EXIF tab is, down at the bottom, if the image has GPS data, there will be two little icons where it says GPS; click the little multi-colored square icon and the location will display in Google Maps; click the little blue globe icon and Google Earth Pro will immediately open and zoom in on the image location.
Beside the two little GPS icons is a little Asterisk; click that to switch the GPS display between nautical Degrees/Minutes/Seconds and Decimal coordinates; this feature is very handy when you have one and need to know the other.
You can right-click anywhere in the EXIF display and copy the entire EXIF contents to the clipboard for pasting in Notepad or any other text document.
If you need to see even more information, you can access File Properties in more ways than I can count; in File Properties, you want the Details tab.
One quick way to access File Properties is to left-click the file name at the top of the Image Properties window.
In the Details tab of File Properties, you can edit many of the fields by clicking them to hi-lite; then, mouse to the right half of the blue hi-lite bar and left-click again to allow editing; once you are done with your edit, mouse back to the left end of the bar, left-click to set, and then click Apply at bottom-right.
