Was thinking of this challenge when I took the three women walking while at the beach on Thursday.....not sure if they are big enough in the frame though. Helen, while they're not very large in the image, they do stand out as being 'different' so I think this works. Might not be the best example, but definitely is AN example!

Nice shot, Pete...Is it common to have only three boats in the water, or was that a slow day? Nicely seen, either way!

Great B&W treatment, Helen, as well as a thought-provoking subject.

On the balcony this morning..... Really interesting items on your balcony, Helen! Perfect for the challenge. I'm curious...are those vases? Or just sculptures? Definitely a conversation starter!

Laughing.....probably a good image to add to the "Title" thread. You weren't a member when I posted this image awhile back. My neighbor was a beautician....she had used these in her shop to hold brushes etc. She didn't want them anymore and gave them to me. They have been sitting on my balcony ever since.

Looks like this thread has been somewhat active. While driving backroads today, I was on the lookout for "threes." Barley-straw bales and grain bins.

All of these are great, Clive, and perfect for the challenge...my favorite, though, is the middle one. I really like how the bales are grouped off to the left leaving the beautiful scene to dominate the remainder of the image.

An old image from my files. I came across these three girls listening/watching a musical group on stage. What caught my attention was that all three had their hands behind their backs. But, what happens so often in street photography things can change in an instant. One of them changed their position ... but then to my surprise, I caught a second group of "three" placed in between the girls.

Well-seen, PeteB...even with the girl on the left changing her hand position, the girls work for this...plus the bonus of the band!
