It's always fun judging the IOW. I know there were people wanting to comment as the thread grew, but were asked to hold comments until the end of the week.
Okay, Monkey-Man, who are you and how did you get here? I am waiting to figure out how this came to be!

This week part of the IOW thread has been 'for the birds' and fortunately the cat has stayed confined and has let the birds fly free.
A nod to the bird lovers, and those that chase dragonflies and lose them: Duckling and Dragonfly.
One image leaves me with the feeling that I have seen something strange and beautiful, and it is still a conundrum, Monkey Man.... who are you? and how did you get here?
Another mystery to me is how mushrooms can be blue. Enjoy these nestled down in the leaf layer.
My choice for Image of the Week is Sun Seekers. The color, texture, and vignette calls me to enjoy the sun while I may. Now that is not a mystery.

I can bring shrimp for the barbi. You have to cook them since I cleaned them The other day, I was just thinking about everyone hovering around to see who received the first print. That was a fun time! Thanks for reminding me again about those days Bayla.

Thanks for the reply, Michel. Currently, I am using PHOTOSHOP CC. I opened the .jpg in Photoshop, then went to the filter menu to do edits using the camera raw dialogue. I may just have to start from scratch and chalk it up to a lesson learned. I have found, to my dismay, that the Camera Raw Filter inside PhotoShop CC does not retain the edits. I tried changing the image into a smart filter and it didn't work either. I even tried my preset "as opened" then made changes and clicked the preset..... nope, nada, Rats! If someone knows how to make this happen, jump in here and tell us!

Welcome to the new and improved forum. This is the place to get answers if you have questions. One big change is the Gallery. You will need to set up your personal space. We are handling the Image of the Week challenge in one thread, which will close when the time is up. Look around and see what is different.

Wow, just Wow, for the IOW selections. I was looking at the ones submitted and thinking.... I'm glad it is someone else this week. What a group to choose from....
So congratulations to all who submitted and double that for the ones Helen chose for our enjoyment.
